Studio 1000 is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and organized environment for all participants. These rules ensure that every submission meets the club's standards and that all members can enjoy a safe and creative space. By following the guidelines below, you help support a community where everyone's work can be shared, viewed, and appreciated fairly.
Before submitting your photos, please review the technical requirements, content expectations, and participation guidelines. Submissions that do not meet these standards may be returned for revision. Our goal is to make the process simple and accessible while still upholding the quality that keeps Studio 1000 running smoothly.
Submission Rules
- All photos must be original work created by the participant.
- Accepted file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png.
- Maximum file size: 5MB per image.
- Images must be appropriate for an academic environment.
- Each participant may submit one photo per category per challenge cycle.
Technical Requirements
- Images should be clear, properly exposed, and free of watermarks.
- Horizontal or vertical orientation is allowed.
- File names should include your first name and the category (example: katelyn_nature.jpg).
Participation Guidelines
- Be respectful when viewing or voting on other members’ work.
- Constructive feedback is encouraged; harmful comments are not permitted.
- Voting should be based on creativity, composition, and overall impact.
- Members may not vote for their own submissions.
